Work packages & Deliverables SIMBA II’s four work packages represent the four main areas of activity necessary in order for the project to achieve its objectives:
1. Project management 2. ITS Development 3. Infrastructure Development 4. Dissemination
Because of SIMBA’s geographical spread, National Coordinators have been chosen for all countries/regions to facilitate the Project Coordinator’s management of the project - in particular in terms of defining national priorities and preparing the project events. It will also ensure that the right stakeholders are involved at the local level.
Objectives per Workpackage
Work Package 1 – Project Management
Work Package 2 – ITS Development
Work Package 3 – Infrastructure Development
Work Package 4 – Dissemination and Exploitation
