China Highway
China Highway is the largest website in the road industry co-sponsored by the China Highway and Transportation Society and China Highway Magazine. It focuses on the information exchange and service of the road construction, management, planning and other fields, and services for the worldwide professional users in the road industry to grasp the dynamics of the industry, leading-edge technology and the latest project information.

China Highway and Transportation Society
China Highway and Transportation Society is an organization formed on a voluntary basis by professionals with a strong academic background in the area of highway and transportation nationwide. The China Highway and Transportation Society consists of 9 branches. They are the road engineering, bridge and structure engineering, road transport, machinery engineering, traffic engineering, passenger vehicles, road works geology, computer application and tunnel engineering society.

China ITS Journal

China ITS Journal is the technical economic journal opening to inside and outside of China for managers and technical staff in the field of ITS, administered by the Ministry of Transportation and issued by China Highway Institute.     
Main elements: Traffic administration information, industry (roads, waterways, maritime) information, company information, network infrastructure and information infrastructure information, urban traffic management information, public traffic intelligent construction and applications.

China National Technical Committee of ITS Standardization

China National Technical of ITS Standardization was set up in September 2003, and its host is the Research Institute of Highways, Ministry of Communications. Its main work is to organize national ITS standardization activities, involved in advanced traffic management systems, advanced traffic information service systems, advanced public transport systems, electronic payment systems, cargo vehicles and fleet management systems, intelligent highways and advanced vehicle control systems, dual and multimode dedicated short-range traffic communication and information exchange and the technologies and standardization of transport infrastructure management for surface transport.

National Center of ITS Engineering and Technology (ITSC)

ITSC was approved to be established by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) in November 1999. Its main objectives are to study and develop the common and key technologies with regard to ITS engineering, ITS industries, and ITS integration in China. 

ITSC is also the host of ISO/TC204 in China. Under the leadership of national standardization management committee and the Ministry of Communications (MOC), it establishes China National Technical of ITS Standardization, ISO/TC 204 and takes part in ITS international standardization activities.
